when nothing works

Take a walk. Spend some time with Nature. Listen to good music. Read and be inspired. Splurge on a fav food. Get a back rub. Talk to an old friend. Drink something healthy. Take a short nap. Give a big hug. Watch the colors go by. Visit an art gallery, or playground. Take a class. Write a poem. Watch a movie that will make you laugh or cry. Turn on the shower & sing a song. Enjoy a long, hot soak in the tub. Do whatever lifts you up, clears your mind and turns you back on to life.
